After a meet and greet consultation appointment, a detailed contract will be presented to the client including appointment dates, pricing, and the intended design plan. After payment is made in full the work will begin. If the client lives outside Santa Clarita Valley, California travel fees will apply both to the consultation and grooming appointments.

All creative grooming cats used for classes, workshops, seminars, or clients must have a compliant or shy/compliant temperament, not be pregnant or nursing, be at least 18 months old, have no known medical conditions. If the feline exhibits signs of stress the grooming will stop immediately. 

Shipping and Return Policy

All sales are final.  Items damaged in transit are accepted as returns. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will ship out a replacement. Please be sure to read everything carefully. Ask questions to confirm that this is a good purchase for you and/or your company before ordering. 

The Classic Black and White Rebooking Program purchased from Deborah Hansen will be shipped within 5 business days via USPS. We charge the current price of shipping in a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box per supplies for 200 cats groomed. U.S. orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

The purchase of the Customized Rebooking Program will be shipped as soon as the final product has been printed. Printing takes place after final approval of the product by the customer. Revisions usually take 4-6 weeks depending on number of revisions requested.  Shipping options will be discuss at the time your order is placed. After the final approval by the customer, no revisions are possible. This means, once you approve your product to go to the printer your sale is final. No returns. All sales are final.

Other paper products are shipped through USPS in the flat rate mailers provided by the USPS. Shipping will be charged at the current rate the USPS charges for the flat rate mailer used to ship your product. Care is always taken to ship in the smallest package that will assure your order will arrive undamaged. We strive to ship each order within 5 business days of payment with arrival expected by the tenth business day after payment has been received.

Class login information is emailed to the email address given at time of purchase. All login information is emailed within 48 hours of purchase. 

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at FelineGood@DeborahHansen.com to alert us of damage products, then return the damaged item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your damaged return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at FelineGood@DeborahHansen.com

Sale items

Sale items fall under the same policy as all our regular priced items.


Only defective or damaged items are available for exchanges.  If you need to exchange an item(s) for the same item(s), send us an email at FelineGood@DeborahHansen.com and return your item(s) to us.


To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Deborah Hansen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Deborah Hansen will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


All our products are protected under Copyright laws. All products (paperwork, grooms, classes, etc.) are copyrighted and are in the process of being registered with the federal government. Grooms are also watermarked.  Any infringement on our property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
