First, let me start by saying, I understand letting someone into your home and with your four legged family member is unnerving! When my last dog was a puppy, I went through many “helpers” that fed, played with and took him out. Some I could not tell ever visited my home, others I wondered what damage they would do next. 

I understand and have experienced all of your concerns! To help put your mind at ease:

  • I am a Certified Feline Master Groomer and a Certified Feline Creative Groomer
  • I graduated from The National Cat Groomers Institute in March 2013
  • I attend or teach at least one hour of feline exclusive professional growth classes every month
  • I am a Certified Brusher/Bather from Barkleigh Productions Inc.
  • I am a Certified Salon Profession and Certified in Salon Details from The International Professional Groomers
  • I am Pet First Aid and CPR Certified
  • I graduated with honors from Animal Behavioral College’s Grooming Program
  • I attended The Pasadena Groom and Kennel Expo where I attended over 20 hours of lectures in February 2013 and 12 hours of lectures in 2014
  • I have a BA in Liberal Studies from The Master’s College
  • My MS is in School Counseling from the University of LaVerne
  • I taught Elementary School, K-4th from 1995 – 2013
  • My previous Standard Poodle was a Delta Registered Therapy Dog and a READ dog
  • Both my Poodles received their Canine Good Citizen from the AKC before one year old
  • My Poodles have participated in Agility and Rally
  • I subscribe to Groomer to Groomer, Purrfect Pointers, Groom and Family Dog magazines
  • This is my second career
  • I have a passion for cats
  • I have seen a need for animals to be groomed in a Safe, Clean and Stress free environment, and it is my desire to prove that for my clients
  • I have lived in Santa Clarita, California since June 2001
  • I am insured for house call cat grooming
  • I am open to answer any questions you may have
  • I do not mind if you watch, or take pictures during the grooming of your Kitty!
